a poem for boxer
Brave and compassionate,
Strong and loyal
Those words to describe Boxer,
are simply inadequate
For he deserves a greater portrayal
Daring and bold,
a fearless, free spirit
Nothing he couldn't withhold,
As he made Jone's men split
A chivalrous champion
Caring and tender,
A massive defender
Feels guilty when hurts enemy,
too kind for reality,
not a tyrant, but gentle giant
Shoulders that broke boulders,
hooves that remove,
A true colossus
Thundering through the earth,
with goals to set forth
Dedicated and faithful,
unwavering and grateful,
what more can you ask for?
Wakes up early, though sore
Forgotten injuries, wounded knees
Though all the above,
Every hero is guilty of,
A puzzling flaw
Is devotion, ignorance?
Is the brain of significance?
For our revered hero,
had lost his life because of so
Strong and loyal
Those words to describe Boxer,
are simply inadequate
For he deserves a greater portrayal
Daring and bold,
a fearless, free spirit
Nothing he couldn't withhold,
As he made Jone's men split
A chivalrous champion
Caring and tender,
A massive defender
Feels guilty when hurts enemy,
too kind for reality,
not a tyrant, but gentle giant
Shoulders that broke boulders,

Dedicated and faithful,
